Standard Requirements (All Visa Types)

- Valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay
- At least 2 blank pages for visa stamps
- Original passport in good condition
Passport Photograph
- 2 recent passport-sized photos (4.5cm x 3.5cm)
- White background
- Clear, high-quality, taken within last 6 months
Completed Application Form
- All fields filled accurately
- Signed by applicant
- Dated on submission day
Proof of Financial Means
- Bank statements for last 3 months
- Minimum balance requirement varies by visa type
- Proof of income or sponsorship letter
Additional Requirements by Visa Type
- Hotel reservation or invitation letter from host
- Round-trip flight tickets
- Travel itinerary
- Invitation letter from company in Central African Republic
- Company registration documents
- Letter from employer
- Employment contract
- Work permit approved by Ministry of Labor
- Educational certificates
- Medical certificate and police clearance
- Acceptance letter from educational institution
- Proof of tuition payment or scholarship
- Academic transcripts and certificates
- Proof of accommodation arrangements
Document Submission Guidelines
- Submit original documents; copies will not be accepted for verification
- All documents not in English or French must be translated by certified translator
- Certain documents may require notarization or apostille
- Blurry or incomplete documents will be rejected
- Documents must be recent (typically within 3-6 months unless otherwise specified)
- False or fraudulent documents will result in immediate rejection and possible legal action
- Additional documents may be requested during the review process
